West Bend 3 in 1 Coffee Maker. Easily one of the best purchased I've ever made, this little guy was a huge bargain. I was a bit hesitant at first because it was so affordable.

For less than forty dollars, I've got a coffee maker, an espresso drip, and a milk steamer all in one unit. Every morning for the past three years, this has kicked out 8 cups of coffee - more than enough for me and my wife. On the occasion when we decide to make a latte or americano it has us covered.

I've never had a problem with it. No stuck grounds or leaks like my old Mr. Coffee and the heating plate really keeps the coffee hot unlike other cheap coffee makers.

The only feature I miss is a timer with auto shutoff. I always have to remember to turn it off before leaving for work. Otherwise, it's been great. 4.5 out of 5 stars easily.

My West Bend 3 in 1 Coffee Maker is a piece of junk. It's about 2 years old, and leaks water all over the place. Don't know where it's coming from, but it's all over the counter under the coffeemaker every morning.

It normally tended to block up with grounds and spew coffee all over, even though I always used a filter. That doesn't happen any more as the plastic pieces under the coffee ground holder finally broke off completely. Don't know why they were there as the coffee comes out better without them.

The carafe has ALWAYS leaked coffee all over the counter when you pour from it. EXTREMELY poor design. I've been dealing with this for two years, and I'm tired of it.

This coffeemaker also takes those pricey cone-shaped filters instead of the basket-type ones, which are considerably cheaper.

The milk steamer and expresso maker were a waste of time, too. Messy, hard to use, and hard to clean.

All in all, this piece of crap is getting replaced as soon as I use the last package of coffee filters up.
