Very Disappointed with Keurig B60 Coffee Maker

I am very disappointed in my B60 Keurig Coffee Maker that I purchased about 24 months ago..I have descaled it several times...

I have used filtered water..done all the things you are suppose to do to take care of this machine..it is not working at all anymore..

First i was not getting full cups of coffee..now the machine is not working at all..called Keurig with my problems..they say it is my fault that the machine does not work anymore..a bunch of bull..

It is a poorly made machine and in my opinion it is not worth the money I paid..I will not be buying another thing from Keurig..there are many coffee makers out there that would have replaced their machine..especially if you are buying your coffee from them..they just lost a very good customer..
