Unreliable Keurig B60 special Edition coffee maker

We bought a Keurig B60 special Edition coffee maker about four months age.

We like the coffee, but since then have exchanged the machine six times and then today got a refund on our seventh machine.

The last three were Cuisinart makers designed to use the Keurig K cups. None of them lasted more than 1 month. The coffee machines failed to work, giving no cups or short cups of coffee. Keurig offered no effective solutions. They just tried to "kick the can down the road", suggesting dumb things like de-scaling to fix a brand new machine.
We are using up our leftover K cups in our old standby bulk coffee maker which we fortunately kept on hand.

By the way I also invested in Green Mountain stock (CGMCR)and made quite a bit on the past stock price runup. I sold it at the top about a month ago when we saw how bad the coffeemakers were. At least I lucked out with the financial investment.
