I have had this machine for about a month now and I love the convenience of it...but the coffee does not seem hot enough when it finishes brewing...so I am greatly disappointed. No one else seems to have this problem so perhaps it's my particular machine or the fact it's the mini version?

I agree. Coffee is not hot enough. Also having trouble finding a coffee type that is mild. They are all too strong. I like the concept I just wish the product was better.

We have the same problem

I posted the same concern last winter, about the minis not brewing at a reasonably hot coffee temperature. The only way I've "solved" this is to pre-heat (microwave) the milk in my mug before brewing the coffee. It helps, but it's not great.
