Problems with Keurig B-60 Coffee Maker

As I write this review our new Keurig B-60 Coffee Maker is being shipped to us. This is our second one after 6 months of use.

This time the brewer started leaking all over the counter top and would not turn back on when my wife made a cup of coffee.

The first B-60 Coffee Maker lasted 4 months, it was making half cups of coffee every 3 to 4 cups. I called Keurig C/S and was told the Coffee Maker needed to be De-scaled.

It still made half cups after being De-scaled so Keurig sent us a new Brewer. Both of these Coffee Makers were fortunately under warranty.

We had a B-30 Coffee Maker when the K-cup system just came out and never had a problem with it. Since then Keurig has grown greatly and I think the Coffee Makers quality and reliability has suffered.

I love the k-cup coffee Maker and hope this new B-60 will be trouble free, if not my wife and I may reluctantly have to dig out our old Mr. Coffee Brewer.
