I am on my 3rd Keurig after having the same problem with the other two. The coffee maker continues to shut off and will not come back on. Definitely a QUALITY PROBLEM...............Hope this one will work but I have my doubts............neat product but poor performance.....Bed Bath and Beyond has replaced the other two free of charge but I am getting really tired of taking these things back just for a cup of jo............

Frustrating

On our 3rd maker. When it works its great but intermittently shuts off after making a cup. Have relatives that have the cheaper model and no problems.

Keurig problems

I bought a Keurig Coffe Maker for our office. We are on our 3rd Keurig Coffee Maker so far. The first two kept shutting off. When I called the company they said this is a known issue and they keep sending me new ones! Plus extra coffee for my trouble! Am also having the same problem at home. We are on our second one. We bought the Elite. Too bad, the concept is great. I love it when it works but it is getting frustrating.

My first unit failed in about 2 weeks, it just shutoff after making a cup.

Now, the replacement clogged and was making coffee very slowly or not at all.

I removed and replaced the water reservoir and ran water thru it with no K-Cup in place. a bunch of coffee grounds came out, so I think the top needle was plugged.

I ran several cups of plain water thru it until it runs clear now. I only use steam distilled water, so there is no scale. Besides, it is 3 weeks old.
