Platinum B70 - Bought Aug. 2008

We bought a Keurig back in the first quarter of 2008 for my parents. They loved it so much and all of our family loved it so much, they all got one (We should get paid commission) My boyfriend wanted one for his Birthday so i purchased a unit in Aug. 2008 and it runs good, but at times doesn't shoot water into it. Also, we find it very loud...it rattles/shakes the entire countertop. Recently when we visited my aunt and uncle (They received one for Christmas last year(2008) we heard there's and it was Super quiet. Could are's be a defect? |
