Owner of 4 Keurig Coffee Makers

I am nothing but disappointed. I 1st owned the basic machine which is still working and used at our camp. I have purchased 3 others as I tried to upgrade. 2 of these are in the dump. I now have the B-70 and it is not working regularly.

It works only sometimes. Notm satisfied after paying the prices I have paid. Should one have to send these back and pay costs? My solution is not to buy another. Maybe this is why your ratings have gone down as well as sales. By the way, I am someone who takes care of things and follows directions such as descaling.
