Our Keurig shutting off after one brew - Is there any solution?

We really like the convenience & options of our Keurig coffee maker but within the first month of purchase it shuts off after brewing a cup. After brewing it sounds as if it trying to draw water into the reservoir and then shuts off. It is very frustrating since we would like to have multiple cups within the hour. I see this is a frequent complaint. Is there anything we can do to correct it?
