Not worth the money but great customer service for Keurig Coffee Maker

We are on our 4th machine in 9 months. Won't pull water, short cup of coffee, too much coffee,just sits there and hums, you name it,ours has done it. Have de-scaled many times, no help.

I must say customer service has been great, they keep sending me a new one, but I have about had and will go back to a conventional brewer.
