Not A Krups Fan anymore

I bought my Krups FME4 coffee maker expecting to get the best. I have the worst.

Coffee should be an easy and enjoyable experience. The controls are not easy and the pot drips everywhere. The lid nubs broke the first month. I replaced it.

It took a month to figure out the amount of coffee to use to get a good taste.

Don't lose the book. You'll need it to reprogram. If you need help, don't send a note to the Factory. They only want to hear the positive. They don't help. They don't even want to hear your complaint. They are too good to do their job. So, I have thrown my coffee maker in the trash and have a cheaper model out for now until I find a good brand that works easily. I have enough complications in my life. My coffe maker shouldn't be one of them. So, Krups. I have pledged to tell ALL MY FRIENDS that you are not worth it. Buy another brand. Maybe even get a FREE Gevalier. Couldn't hurt. Probably be easier too.
