Not a happy customer of single cup Keurigs

We own 2 of the single cup Keurigs. My mother in law also bought one. All of a sudden hers started scrolling continuously thru the menu. We have tried resetting it but nothing works.

Keurig won't do anything but offer us money off of a new one. Will not be buying from them again and instead of telling friends to buy them like we have in the past we will warn them.

Waste of Money

I have been using my Keurig to make 2-3 cups a day 5 days a week and after 3 years it no longer works. I will not be getting another one. For the money, this machine should have been able to handle light brewing use!

Ditto on the Scrolling Menu

Ditto to all of the above. Ours starts its scrolling as soon as you clamp the head down so if you hold the brew button as you do that, it will take off....and I mean take off because we have one of the older ones where the pump sounds like a 707.

I agree they are poorly built.

....I've had two Keurigs die over 3 years. That's ridiculous for the price of this machine. Makes good coffee, but built poorly and way too expensive. Everyone I know has had issues with these units. Keurig should give a 10 yr. warranty considering the prices they charge.

expensive piece of junk

When a person pays this much for a coffee maker it should work more than 6 months. Certainly shouldn't have to play with anything on it to get it to work properly. Keruig is supposed to mean excellence. I won't be recommending it to anyone else!!!

Menu Madness

I have had this same problem for months now. If you press and hold the menu and power buttons with the brew button you can get it to brew but there must be a way to re-set the electronics. Anyone got a suggestion?
