My Stay Or Go Leaks Badly

I purchased a Stay or Go coffee maker from Zellers with my points and had to return it twice.

Since receiving the 3rd one the coffee pot leaks when it is being poured. It drips all over the counter and down the cupboards and onto the floor.....I am tired of cleaning up after pouring a cup of coffee. So now we pour it over the sink. My husband is getting very P'd off but I don't want to return it yet again.

I will be asking the retailer a replacement pot for the model #45237H. For the 1st week or so it worked fine but now leeks terribly. I will be getting a replacement pot as I love the machine.......that's the only downfall is the leaking.
