My New Keurig Machine gave up after 10 cups

I purchased my new Keurig in early December. I have used it about 10 times and now it won't brew. No water runs out of the reservoir nor into the cup.
I have tried to contact the phone number several times and receive the usual response - "all our customer service representatives are busy with other customers. Please call back." Tried emailing twice and finally got an answer to phone because they can't troubleshoot the machine via email. They have now asked for a time when it's convenient to call me. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods suggested in the manual to no avail.
This is very disappointing considering the cost of the machine. And it looks like I'm not alone. I purchased a Tassimo a couple of years ago. I use it everyday and it's still working fine. One doesn't expect to pay almost $200 on a new machine, use it 10 times and then have it conk out.
