my Keurig that cost alot sucks!!!

I have not had mine for even 6 months yet. I did notice when I first got it, it started shutting off on its own.

I chalked it off. Then you would have to shut it off yourself then turn it back on just to get a cup of coffee. Now it will not brew at all but my overflow will be full of coffee later in the day, so its brewing on its own.

I paid way to much for this machine and I ranted and raved about it to everyone and now I regret that because they really are not worth it at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

frustrating

both my boyfriend and i have the keurig with the 5 settings. the concept is great if it would work all the time. both are inconsistent. sometimes they brews, sometimes they do not. sometimes they brew 1/2 a cup. if it was just mine id think i got a bad one, but both of ours work this way. we went to a wedding last night and this morning, its not brewing. i really need a cup of coffee so im getting in my car and driving to dunkin donuts!

Junk, Don't Buy

This POS is garbage. Total waste of money, only works for a few months. If you have one already, run vinegar through it once a week or it will clog. NEVER again! Coffee is nothing to rave about, but expensive. Go to Starbucks and save money!

Keurig quality is pathetic

In less than 2 years I have my second failed Keurig coffee maker. At least when you call the service number they do nothing for you... $350 well spent. Great quality guys.

Keurig Replacement

OK....

Call the Keurig 1-866 number people!

They will run you through a couple of steps and if it shuts down or they cannot fix it in 5min, they will send you a brand new machine!They dont care WHERE or WHEN you got it!! They even send you an updated machine that has some of the kinks worked out of it!Great customer service!!

Try it instead of complaining!!

Loved my Keurig until.....

I've had my Keurig since last December. I'v loved it, raved about it to my friends, etc. Two weeks ago the water no longer was coming out. I literally have to turn the machine off and on at least 4 times before I can get the water to come out. Based upon all of the unhappy customers, Keurig needs to figure out the problem. I have the Platinum Series, spent over $200.00, am taking it back today. I will give it one more shot, hopefully I'll get lucky this time. Keurig, pay attention..great concept, lousy machine!

Keurig Sucks

The ongoing joke in the hosue is what color will the next model be? I return one to the store every 2 months. I am on my 4th machine. Water stops pumping, half cups or less. Drip drip drip turn off and die. Going for number 5 tomorrow. HOW can this company make any money?

Replace my water tank

I would just like to know where i can purchase the water tank only.. I had mine shipped to me from where i was on vacation and of course the carrier damaged it.. the water tank is in pcs.
i just want to find the water tank and see if i works again.. does anyone know where i can purchse one???

third machine

I am on the third replacement Platinum coffee maker. They seem to die after 2 months. I was told to run 48 oz of vinegar thru it weekly. That's a lot of vinegar. There is a serious problem with this product, we will see how long this one lasts.

My Keurig is frustrating

I'm having the exact same experience as the last posting. I've had my expensive pot replaced three times and now only two weeks into the third machine, it's not brewing a full cup. First one stopped brewing, second one would not brew a full cup and the water was leaking back into the holding tank, and now this one just brews a little and it has been slow from the start. The coffee trickles into the cup and then just stops. I will not stick a paper clip into the needle again as they instruct me. I have not had the pot long enough to require descaling, so now what Keurig? Something is wrong with these machines and they need to fix it. One supervisor informed me that she's had her pot for a few year and is surprised I've had this much trouble...REALLY? Good for her.

Ready to try Cuisinart

I have the platinum edition piece of junk. I'm fed up of dealing with Keurig. The customer service was nice enough to replace my faulty machine THREE TIMES!!!! The first stopped brewing - pump wouldn't suck up the water. The second wouldn't make full cups. The third turned off after every cup of coffee. How's that for quick when you have to restart it every time you want a cup?? Now my fourth is not brewing full cups of coffee. The rep stated a supervisor will have to call me as it's not fair that they have to keep sending me new machines. What??!! But it's fair for me to have to go through the hassle of replacing a $200 machine every 6 months??? Sorry Keurig. You're coffee isn't THAT good. If they don't replace this...I'll give Cuisinart a try. I've convinced family members to get this "great" machine and am now embarrassed knowing they'll be going through this same thing.

I am starting not to like Keurig

We purchased their platinum model 7 months ago and started having problems within 4 months of owning the unit. This is a replacement for our first unit that was taken to my husband's office as it was very noisy when it brewed the coffee. This new model is giving us nothing but problems. We end up with coffee grounds in our cups of coffee eventhough we lower the handle on the K-cup, lift the handle up (to release the air) and then lower it again as instructed by product specialist we still have problems. At times the water won't go through to brew and we have to turn it on and off so that it will work. For the amount of money that we spent, the machine should be of better quality. They are sending a replacement and I hope that this new unit will work better.

Terrible reliability.
Stopped working in less than 1 year.
Customer service was useless.
Our friends have had similar problems.
I will never buy this product again.

4th brewer!

I'm on my fourth brewer now. Yes customer service is nice enough, but it is a real pain to have to go through this(brewer stops working after about 2 months). The last time I called the 'trouble shooting specialist' wasn't nice at all. She was was easily angered when I refused to unpack my machine and try the 'paper clip technique' again. This is after I had de-scaled my machine and yes, used a paperclip to clean the machine. In the end, I did get, yet another brewer, but what I really wanted was my money back. I think the Keuring coffee tastes great; however, the machine is unreliable and poorly designed. Has anyone received their money back? I'd like to know. Once my fourth one stops working...in about two months, I don't know if I'll go through the hassle of calling again!

shutting off an half cups solution!

it shuts off because u didnt program it right i redid mine an cleaned with a toothpick the 2 sharp points that go through the cups and the machine works great we were getting half cups just have to keep clean coffee grounds get stuck in the points.

KEURIG --- Are you listening? Pay attention. So many of us have gone thru this. Even though my 3rd replacement Keurig is still working, I feel I am dealing with a crap shoot. Come on guys! great coffee now lets make a reliable brewer..
