My Keurig Coffee Maker Not working half the time

Would I recommend Keurig Coffee Maker..No!! We got it for Christmas, fills the cups half full half the time. The last couple of days, it acts like its going to make coffee then nothing comes out! We have turned it on, off, unplugged it..I gave it a tap on the top and it started to work..Don't think that this is how its supposed to work!

Now where do I go, the box is gone, I bought it in the US and I am from Canada..I think I have the slip somewhere but not convenient for me to travel to where I bought it..would be cheaper to buy another than to do that..I use bottled water in it always so descaling is not the problem..HELP
