My fifth keurig coffeemaker

I'm on my fifth keurig coffeemaker. The latest one is Keurig B60. It works about 40% of the time.Mostly it shows the blinking lights but when i select one size, it says "brewing" but does not function.

When i called keurig i was told that a technician would call me within 24 to 48 hours! He called when i was unavailable 2 days later! Help!!
