My 2nd Keurig Coffee Machine

This is my 2nd Keurig Coffee Machine and I have done what the manufacturer recommends, it still does not work. I bought my daughter and a cousin each one and they have the same problem.

Keurig was nice enough after having me repeat their maintenance advice a couple times to replace my first coffee maker. Now since learning others have the same problem I will not ask for a replacement but will try another brand. I DO NOT recommend KEURIG products for anyone.
