Mr. Coffee 4-Cup Coffee Maker # NL5-GTF2

I own a Mr. Coffee 4-cup coffee maker, model NL5-GTF2. I bought this coffee maker because it was inexpensive, small, and a brand name that I recognized.
I like that it always works, it brews quickly, and it makes just the right amount of coffee for what I want. I bought the coffee maker at a local store and have had no customer service experiences.
I do have one problem in particular with this coffee maker - it is a problem simply in the design so I have not contacted customer service.
Instead of lifting a lid at the top to load in the coffee, you horizontally pull out a slot that sits on top of the coffee pot, load the coffee, and push the slot back in before you brew.
The problem is that it is very easy for the coffee filters to get stuck when you load them, which causes the grinds to slip out and get mixed into the coffee.
This is annoying, so I have switched from grinds and filters to coffee pods, which fixes the problem. This is the first and only coffee pot I have had. I have owned it for nearly three years now.
Prior to that, I did not drink coffee much, and when I started drinking coffee I would go to Starbucks or a local shop, but that grew too expensive, so I bought this pot.
When I do buy a new one I will definitely buy a top-loading pot. I would say I am fairly happy with my coffee pot.
