Mr. Coffee 12-Cup Grind'n'Brew Coffeemaker GBX23

I purchased the Mr. Coffee 12-Cup Grind'n'Brew Coffeemaker GBX23 a little over two years ago and I love it!

When we moved from another state our first coffee maker’s pot broke in the move and the cost of a pot was very close the cost of a coffee maker at the time.

What I love most about this coffeemaker is the grinding function, it is awesome to have that fresh ground coffee taste right from you own kitchen.

One of the downsides to this model is the noise level. You can set this particular model to brew at a specific time and my husband thought someone was coming into the house with a chainsaw when it went of the next morning!

Another great feature on this machine is the feature to brew stronger coffee if that's your preference. It makes it easier to cater to your friends/guests with specific coffee tastes. It is pretty user friendly and I didn't have to read the book to learn how to use it or program it.

One that it is a little confusing about the pot is that if you want to make coffee that is already ground you have to put the grinding mechanism in the machine before hand. The first day I got the pot, I was on the phone with the manufacturer thinking I had a defective machine when the gentleman who was there to install the cable finally figured out that the grinding mechanism is also the brewing mechanism as well (wow was my face red).

Overall I would recommend the Mr coffee GBX23 coffee maker to anyone, the price is reasonable and it has held up well to almost daily use for over two years without one issue!
