Love my coffee but not the Krups XP7225 machine

I purchased a Krups XP7225 because it had all the features I wanted and a good price too. I did believe that Krups was a good brand and expected that I would get a good product and good customer service.
I have owned this coffee maker for 3 months now. It has been sent for repair two times already. I had it back for two weeks and the error messages started again.
Krups customer service does answer the phone and they do try to help. The biggest problem is that Krups policies cause problems to drag out for months. 2 repairs and now they say they will evaluate the machine at their home office in New Jersey. Wouldn't it just be better customer service to replace the faulty machine. Then they would have a customer that was happy instead of one that will never purchase a Krups product again.
This is a very disappointing coffee machine.
