let down with keurig coffee makers

let down with keurig coffee makers........We have had our Keurig almost 2 years and have loved every day we've had it and have recommended it to anyone who will listen. That is until the last couple months. We've almost continualy gotten the de-scale message after several de-scalings. Now we get nothing. The water just goes back into the resevour and NO coffee.

It's very disappointing to think after spending what I think is a significant amount of money on a coffee maker, that I only get 2 years of operation. I have Googled this issue and it appears most people seem to get only 2 years out of their Keurig. UNSATISFACTORY!!!
