Kuerig Coffee Makers "Short cups and won't always Brew"

I have experienced the same thing as everyone else. I use only filtered water in mine and also descale it at least once a month. Still short cups and sits in not ready mode like it is trying to brew only to go back to ready mode without doing anything.

I am now on my 5th machine in 2 years. Keurig really needs to get whatever the problem with the machine is fixed. I can't imagine what all the free replacements are costing them not to mention I am sure that their sales are done because of the complaints.
