Kuerig Coffee Makers Customer service?????

My 3rd Kuerig in 10 months just died. I'm really bummed. Called Kuerig, just as I did when the first one broke.

After giving all of my info--long process--I was told that no tech was available and that one would call me the following day. That didn't happen.

I exchanged the Kuerig at Bed Bath and Beyond with no issue. Same with second one. Now this one.

Tired of having to exchange yet again from BBB, I called Kuerig again. Gave info--same long process--same "talking script" used as before. No tech called.

I called again today and asked to speak to a supervisor. None available. What a waste of time.
