Known Issue??

We purchase the Smart Brew Plus 12 cup Coffee Maker about 2 months ago and after a couple weeks, we can not pour a single cup of coffee with out some sort of spillage. Not to mention, it now taking twice the time to brew. Yes, I clean it once a week with vinegar due to our well water. Anyone else experiencing this issue??
