Keurig's Short cups

I've had the keurig less than year now, I love the coffee maker when it works properly. I've tried everything the manual says to do do.. Vinegar, paper clip, even put my finger over the white water dispenser nozzle and nothing!

This really sucks considering I payed $150... Going to contact customer service to see if they send me a new one? Hopefully a perfected one!!
