Keurig - Water Issues

I have had the Keurig B60 and it ran great for about 8 - 9 months and then no matter what size cup I wish to brew I get one inch of watery coffee in my cup. I am not happy since this machine is over $100.00. I will be calling the customer service line for sure.

I just have no idea what the issue could be.
