Keurig Special Edition

I had my Keurig Special Edition for less than 24 hours when I had to return it. I had brewed six cups of coffee when two out of the six times it would maybe brew one ounce of coffee then shut off.

After reading several reviews online I opted to return it. I am bummed as the coffee tasted great and my machine was so quiet even when operating correctly. My in laws have one and they say it works great. Their only complaint is that it is noisy. Maybe mine would have worked correctly had it been loud?

 Keurig 's don't pump properly

I also have gone through 2 Kuerig special editions, both the same problem... only gives 1/2 cup of coffee.
My son and daughter have the same unit and they also have this problem. We have all returned them to Costco and no complaint about getting a replacement, but I won't buy another. If you use the K cup I think this is the problem. It is too much pressure on he pump and the pumps all fail with anyone we've known that bought them Great idea, great taste, but very poor pump design. Stay away.

 Hang in there

I am on my 3rd Keurig. Maybe 3 time is a charm. My third unit has been working great. (Knock on wood). I hope I have not spoken to soon, but so far so good. Great coffee, quite,and fast.
