WOW - NOT
by: Betty

We purchased our first Keurig February 2010, only to return it to the store for another one since it stopped working correctly. Shortly after the second one failed, called Keurig in May 2010 to voice our displeasure with the product. They quickly replaced it sending up us a complete new one. Well, you guessed it, the third one also failed to perform correctly. This time, however Keurig only gave us "ideas" on how to fix the problems, some of this ridiculous. Now a year later, it still has problems, leaks and is not worth the time, or money to keep it. Keurig has a faulty product, they are aware of it and have not done anything to improve the product. Our advice DON'T BUY it.

Keurig Leaks
by: Sully

Within the past year, we've had 2 different Keurig coffee-makers and both have started leaking - a little at first, then major flooding.

Leaking
by: AnonymousTodd

We have the B77 brewer which we purchased from Costco about 9 months ago. We have been very happy with the unit, except for a recent leaking problem. At first it only occurred when we kept the reservoir full, but now it leaks even when the reservoir is only half full. If I remove the full reservoir from the brewer and place it on the counter the reservoir does not leak. Only when engaged in the brewer. Not sure what the problem is. Has anyone else found a solution to this problem?

Mine leaked too!
by: Coffeegirl

I got my Keurig for Christmas last year and about a month ago it started leaking. I called the 800# and they sent me a replacement water canister but it still leaked. Now they are sending me a brand new brewer...we'll see if this one is any better. I hope so for the amount of money put into Kcups and filters (not to mention the brewer itself)! I love my Keurig so it's very upsetting that this has happened. However, kudos to customer service.

Over filling
by: Shel

My Keurig has decided to also over fill my cups. Hasn't done the flooding bit yet. I called Keurig and they walked me thru a type of reboot process and now all seems to be OK. They recorded a message in their files that I had this problem and asked that I call back should it reoccur. For my trouble they sent me a box of 24 K-cups (any coffee of my choice) can't ask for better service than that. Give them a try..
