Keurig Single Cup Coffee Maker

I thought I would love my single cup coffee maker even though 100 dollars was a little high...however, half time it is not working right. I put the cup in place and either the blue brew light does not blink or it does and i press it and nothing happens. I have to repeat the process of opening the cup holder, the water retainer etc. Yesterday I spent 20 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee to brew.

Not impressed. Looking for my receipt to return it.
