Keurig Platinum Coffee Maker "Great Machine for Coffee Lover"

I got a Keurig Platinum machine for XMas last year, and it malfunctioned after about 30 days with a pump intake to the boiler and auto shut off.

I contacted the company and they sent me a new machine in Feb 2010. It is Sept 2010 and has worked perfectly with multiple daily use.

Whatever was wrong was fixed and I am completely satisfied. For a coffee lover, I think it is a great machine. I really enjoy the insert for my own ground beans.

I brought back some beans from a trip and it was some of the best coffee I have ever made.

Since I wrote a negative review back then, and the company provided such excellent customer service, I felt obligated to follow it with my current experience which is 100% favorable.
