Keurig Mini B30 - First week -short cupping

I've had my old drip machine for 15 years with no problems and decided to get a Keurig Mini B30 for work. I'm using filtered water and after ONE WEEK it's "short-cupping". Sometimes it gives me full cup (yeah!!), sometimes 2/3's and sometimes 1/2 cup. Since it's a mini and doesn't have a reservoir I'm not sure what's happening to the rest of the water.

I LOVE the idea of the coffee machine but obviously Keurig has to come up with a solution.
