keurig is aware and does not care

Wake up people!! You somehow seem to think that Keurig is not aware of all these issues -- they most certainly are! They will keep sending you new machines, just send them the k-cup holder as proof that you owned a Keurig.

As long as you don't mind doing that every couple of months, have at it. Keurig makes the bulk of their money from selling k-cups. Thousands of reviews that I have seen all start with "I love my machine, but am having problems."

I have gone through 4 in 15 months. All had issues that are a product manufacturing defect. Would that be acceptable to you if you ran a company?

How hard can it be in this day and age to manufacture a product that for the vast majority of consumers works properly and actually brews a "cup of coffee" correctly for years?

These brewers are the absolute worst, and Keurig is well aware that the majority of people who have purchased these brewers have had numerous problems.

My 4th one is now acting up, and I will not jump through the Keurig hoops to receive another one.C'mon really, 4 brand new brewers in 15 months, and all were defective? Wake up America, this is a terrible product!!
