Keurig Elite Shuts off automatically

I'm on my second coffee machine...the machine just cuts off for no reason. My minute coffee sometimes takes me 20 minutes to brew a cup. I'm waiting for a tech to call me back about my problem but in the meantime, I called the store where I purchased and they are going to refund my money. To hick with this...the last thing a coffee drinker wants is for the coffee maker to malfunction at 5:00 in the morning. I'm not at all impressed with this Keurig coffee maker model. My sister has the smaller model and she Loves, Loves it.

On number 2...shuts off. Don,t buy one. 200.00 down the drain.

My 4th Keurig Ultimate B66 is on its way from the factory. The first two came from Costco . Each of them worked flawlessly for about 2 weeks and then started shutting down after one cup or at the most two. I had to keep removing and replacing the water tank to get it to draw in water to do another cup.

Costco quickly replaced the first one - but the second one was no better. Keurig shipped me a brand new one and it too stopped working properly after 2 weeks. They are now sending me a fourth one.

What can one do with the old ones?

I'm on my second Keurig in 3 months. Both have (had) the same problem with shutting off randomly. It seemed like it was trying to pull the water up when this happened. Luckily, I got it from Bed, Bath and Beyond and they stand behind everything they sell for life!

this seems to be a defect with all there last models. i bought mine at qvc. they don't even stand behind the product!
