Keurig Coffee Makers - What can I say

I am a senior and my daughter bought the Keurig coffee machine for my 80th birthday. I loved it because I am a coffee addict. However, after one month the machine started to turn off and you had to fool around with it, turn it on, turn it off, disconnect it, reset the tank.

Finally I called Keurig and they sent me a new machine, no charge, just return the k-cup holder. This model, the platinum similar to the elite has been working now for 2 weeks perfectly. They have also sent me twice 48 k-cups of great coffee. The folks I talked to were friendly and helpful. I love the coffee and hope the machine will continue to work good.
