Keurig Coffee Maker's "Very Happy Customer"

We have used our Keruig for just over a year...love their coffee. Nothing brewed quite compares in my opinion. Today, our beloved Keruig stopped working :( I called customer service and they replaced it for me, even though it was just over the 1 year warranty.

I thought that was pretty awesome. Keep in mind you must clean it regularly especially if using tap water as hard water is hard on the Keurig. I have to say..it brews the best coffee out there, nothing compares. And, it's cheaper than Starbucks. Thank you Keruig :)

Fixed the sputtering proplem

My keurig was working fine for 4 months and out of the blue this morning it just sputtered and churned for about 10 minutes without much coffee coming out. I ran pure vinegar through a few times but the problem wasn't getting much better. What was happening though was a lot of grinds coming through with the vinegar. So I stuck a pin in the little metal pokey-thing under the hood and fished out some big grinds. (First I tried doing this upside-down but the grinds were getting unclogged and going back inside the machine.) Now it works perfectly and I think that was the problem all along. I think we were filling the k-cups up too full and the grinds were clogging up the dispenser thing. Good luck everyone!

Keurig problems

We are on our third Keurig in less than a year. Is there a effort by Keurig to get the bugs out. They are great about sending out replacements. but the replacements don't work for very long either. The last one we got lasted about a month.

Very UnHappy Customer

Are you kidding me! Just received this platinum Keurig coffe maker two weeks ago and already haveing issues. Why bother Keurig support to have them send me another. It will just have the same issues.

Keurig sputter

After 3 months and about 15 uses, my Keurig sputters a few drops and quits altogether, I really like having it for the odd time that I want a cup of coffee at home. After reading all the reviews and asking my friends who have Keurigs, I have discovered that almost everyone has issues with their Keurigs. My question is why not try other makers??!! Keurig obviously is putting out an inferior product and doesn't care to fix the obvious problems!! When you purchase 3 coffeemakers in 4 years, you are buying into their plan of making their product so problem prone that they sell more of them. DUH?? I plan on looking at other makers or buying a Malita or small press, a little more trouble,but cheaper and does not sit on my counter also does not insult my intelligence!!

Keurig Died-Very UNHAPPY Customer

Have had over 2 years, so suppose I'm out of luck getting another one. My daughter bought one at for Christmas 2010 used it a handful of times and hers won't work. I gave up a Bunn which I had for years for this? Going back-coffee is cheaper for Bunn anyway.

keep hoping

We are on our 4th one in about 5 yrs. One replaced by Keurig directly after about 1 yr. Next one from Costco replaced by Costco after a few weeks. Now it is just over a yr old and is dying too. I am wondering if it is worth buying distilled water to save it when that doesn't seem to work either. I think the pump is obselete after a yr and gives up regardless of being descaled regularly. I think we might try the tiny one that you see in hotels that takes one cup of water at a time. Or maybe trot this one back to Costco as they are so good about it.

What happened!?!

Love my Keurig but this is the second one that just shuts off on its own.Got a replacement from store in which it was purchased,...now this one is off when I get up in the am,..I turn it on ,wait a minute it then brews me a cup of cold coffee. I turn it back off and on again ,its then ok.Go away last night,come home,..its off.Turn it on,makes noise as it continually pours out cold water,shows only "not ready" on screen,not able to reprogram at all.Then after the noise it shuts itself off again.Guess that'll teach me to leavee for the night.
Went online today found 1-866# they were great,...sending me out a new machine 10-14 days.

my K cupper is dead.. all kinds of noises and attempts, but no brew.. just squirts.. very very dispappointed.. I descaled, cleaned and did waht I could do.. I didnt"register" the thing, its a coffee maker.. clearly, that was wrong.. the BF bought it for me in May 2010. I didnt get a year out of it.. :(

I just got my Keurig single cup coffee pot for Christmas 2010. I was having to use 2 "bold" coffee pods to fill my coffee mug w/ a brew that is strong enough for my taste. Now, 1-31-11, my unit quit working! It was making "short cups" for a few days, now you hit the brew button & it sounds like it's brewing but nothing happens, then it shuts itself off. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it, or should I just take it back?

I love my Keurig, too,

I received it for Christmas a year ago. About a month ago,it started turning off after each cup,
now it has to run through the cycle twice before I can get it to make a cup. I still love it. Is there anyplace that can fix it or is there a manual with trouble shooting in it? Thank you,

Atta way Denise, Keurig is a stand alone maker, Nothing compares to ease of use and great tasting coffee. I actually have 3 Keurig's and two of them still work..
