Keurig Coffee Makers Reviews "What a morning to die!!"

On 2-8-11 I started my morning as usual going to brew my 1st cup of coffee of the day. As I was about to start brewing I noticed the unit was off.

I unplugged it & plugged it in several times. Nothing happened-so it was instant coffee that morning & several mornings following. Finally by day #5 I had to start using the "old" pot. This $150 pot is only 14 mos. old & I used it once a day & I have all this expensive coffee.

I believed in this product so that I've purchased it for a gift & recommended Keurig to my friends. Now what's next? Does anyone know what's wrong?
