Keurig Coffee Makers "Not Reliable"

My first Keurig lasted two years. Loved the coffee and coffee maker. When it failed, I purchased another. New one failed after a month. Called Keurig customer service, and they told me to do the vinegar thing. Did not work at all.

I now have a useless coffee maker. I have given Keurig coffee makers as gift to family and friends. Hope theirs work better than mine.
