Keurig Coffee Maker Whats happening????

For the last month after waiting for hot water and putting in a k-cup, then getting flashing blue lights I make my choice of large or small size push the button and wait , and wait. Did this a few times then rapped the right side where the noise was coming from ,it would growl at me and make my coffee. Whats happening????
