Keurig Coffee Maker - Successful full cup of coffee maybe a dozen times

Our keurig coffee maker is less than a year old. We have been able to get a successful full cup of coffee maybe a dozen times. I would not recommend this brand - it is the most disappointing appliance I have ever owned and I am 69 years old.
