Keurig Coffee Maker Stinks

I have had 2 makersin 2 years. The first one just up and died so Keurig sent me another last April... well today it was leaking all over my counter (this is the 3rd time it leaked)....

I called the company who said they would replace it but I want my money back.. I do not want another machine. The supervisor was insisting that I had not cleaned it right, which I DID, and that my water (I was using bottled) had too many minerals.

I'm done. I will not buy another.... and Keurig has my $169.....
