Keurig Coffee Maker - Partial cups

My keurig coffee maker is only 4 months old and it is brewing partial cups. I tried descaling it and I am still having the same problem.
I
am very disappointed to hear that a lot of people's machines are having the same problem. I love the keurig coffee maker but I won't buy another one.
