Keurig Coffee Maker My Christmas gift

I received my Keurig Coffee Maker for a Christmas gift in 2010, really enjoyed it but it started to take longer and longer to brew a cup so I descaled it not once but twice, ran clean water through to clean it after the descaling worked 1 day now it will not even run water through the machine do not know if I will replace it they are not cheap, Should last longer than a few months.
