Keurig Coffee Machine - Coffee grounds all over the place!

Just two weeks into using our new Keurig coffee machine, we find that some pods are not sealed properly and we find the machine throwing grounds all around the pod itself in the machine and into our coffee cups. I have found no way to clean up this mess except to flush the cup system out with a bowl under to catch the water. Any suggestions from our fans???
