Keurig Coffee Machine # B66 " Not happy with this solution"

Bought Keurig Coffee Machine # B66 from Sams, produced short cups after short time. Took back to Sams, they replaced it. Now this one is doing the same thing, and pumping alot of water into the reservoir instead of the cup.

I Called Keurig this time, they were great and are sending another machine. But they want me to send at my expense the K-Cup holder back to them. Why should I have to bear this expense for their faulty machine? In addition, they sent me the B-60 series, which is a step down from the B-66.

Not happy with this solution to THEIR problem. Did anyone else have to send them the K-Cup holder? Thanks
