Keurig Brewer fails to fill reservoir

Despite monthly de-scaling protocols after one (1) year's use, Keurig brewer fails to fill reservoir. Step by step contact with troubleshooting personnel does not resolve problem.

My view is that coffee grounds become lodged between water input to reservoir & feeder lines to piercing needles into K-cup basket.
