keurig b70 won t brew at free after 6 months

I purchase my special edition B70 at Costco in November 2010 and have done the entire upkeep, used nothing but bottled water, have done the descale even though it didn't need it. It will not brew at all and we are just older retired folks on a fixed income. Had to save up forever just to make the purchase.

We are so unhappy and discouraged with this. I just read everyone elses comments too. I have contacted customer service but sounds like it is the engineering part that needs fixing inside the company manufacturers. Very sad and angry. :(
