I purchased a Keurig B66 Coffee Maker 15 months ago; we maintained it per the manual and LOVED it for 14 months. Now it displays "not ready" almost all the time...we need to turn it off/then on between 3 - 7 times before it is ready to brew (all 3 lights lit up).

We are basically overriding the internal thermostat or something ... VERY frustrating ... oh, and then we do not get a FULL cup of coffee! Anyone else experiencing this problem???
