Keurig B66 Coffee Maker - Is it just a glitch?

We bought Keurig B66 at Costco in February. It doesn't brew a full cup of coffee and hasn't really brewed a full cup since about 20 uses. I have done the descaling twice and have cleaned all of the needles. Small cup brews 4.5 ozs medium brews 6 oz and large brews 7.0 oz. Should brew; 5.25, 7.25 and 9.25 ozs. I will send back and hopefully get one that works properly and this is just a glitch.

had the same issue after 1 1/2 weeks of use. Use a paper clip or large safety pin to clean nozzle. Nozzle located by removing water reservoir, unplug power, open tab where you coffee and tilt on side. may have small amounts of water. use flash light and clean the holes where water comes out. plug back in and run multiple cups of hot water to flush.

or call for new one. I wasn't happy with performance but it's working again.

Costco

I too purchased a Keurig from Costco and had nothing but problems!! I bought my first one in Dec. '09 and it worked great for like three weeks. Then it all of the sudden it stopped brewing full cups. I brought it back to Costco and got a new one. About a month later the same thing happened and I brought it back and got a new one. Well after the third one stopped making full cups I was done!! I loved this machine when it worked!! I am very disappointed but after three I give up. Back to the drip :( I hope you have better luck with your next one

Call Keurig

If you give Keurig a call,there is a good chance they will send you a new one and tell you to keep the old one as they do not want it back. Then you can continue to use the old one or use it for parts as I do with mine.
