Keurig B60 K-Cup Seal Problem

by Ron
(San Antonio, Texas, USA)

I've had my Keurig B60 for about 4 years and it worked great until the K-cup orange rubber seal came unglued. Coffee went everywhere. Keurig sent me a new black replacement seal which was shaped different from the original one.

Now, about every other cup I make the new seal creates a large hole in the K-cup and let's coffee overflow everywhere!!

I called Keurig several times about this new seal and they say the new seal is the only one they make now and there is nothing they can do. Even though I really liked this system, if Keurig can't support it I'll go back to the old instant. At least that doesn't make a mess on my counters.
